Warranty

Complimentary lifetime manufacturing warranty

At Diamonds Loves, we stand by the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of
our jewelry. We provide a warranty lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on
all fine jewelry purchased from Diamonds Loves.

Should you encounter any manufacturing-related damage to your purchase, we encourage you to
reach out to us so that we can assess your piece. Customers in the US, Canada,
Australia, and the UK
will receive free return labels for this purpose. For
customers outside of these countries, a $50 deposit will be required before sending your item to
Diamonds Loves for evaluation. This deposit covers the shipping costs to send the item to us and
an assessment by our expert jewelers to determine if the damage falls under the warranty. The
full deposit amount is refunded for all repairs covered under the warranty. Additionally,
warranty shipping will be provided for all warranted repairs back to the customer. Repairs
not covered under the lifetime warranty will be quoted to the customer for approval before any
work is undertaken. If approved, the deposit will be applied toward the repair cost. If the
repair is declined, the deposit will cover the shipping charges to return the item to the
customer after evaluation.

In the event of a warranty issue, Diamonds Loves will repair the warranted damage or
replace the item at no cost to the customer.

Any repair or service conducted by a jeweler other than Diamonds Loves will
void the warranty.
Diamonds Loves will replace any damaged fine jewelry within 60
days of purchase. Beyond this period, Diamonds Loves will replace fine jewelry pieces valued at
less than $1,000. All fine jewelry is subject to normal wear, activities, or trauma. This is
particularly relevant for rings, as they are regularly used and endure daily pressure. Our
manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, gemstone loss, product loss, or
theft. It also excludes damage or loss resulting from a failure to obtain necessary repairs to
maintain the jewelry’s integrity.

Common jewelry issues that do not qualify as manufacturing defects include:

  • Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to
chemicals, makeup, immersion in pools and hot tubs, or bathing.
  • Normal wear and tear on precious metals, especially prongs,
    which may necessitate restoration work.
  • Prongs wearing down, catching, or bending over time from
everyday use, leading to gemstone loss.
  • Gemstone loss resulting from everyday wear or other damage.

Diamonds Loves offers extended service plans at an additional cost to cover many common wear and tear issues. We also advise maintaining independent insurance coverage for your jewelry to safeguard against significant damage, loss, or theft. For further details, please contact us at 800.691.0952.
